SHIPPING POLICY

• Shipping Charges are as follows: 

  	$9.00 for orders up to $50
  	$11.00 for orders up to $150
  	$15.00 for orders up to $300
  	$18.00 for orders over $300

   
• In order to keep our overhead costs down, we have simply linked our two websites together.  This allows us to pass the savings on to our Brides.  Should you purchase items through both checkouts, one of the shipping charges will be refunded to your account by the end of the following day, but usually on the same day you place your order.
• We ship via US Priority Mail or UPS with Delivery Confirmation.
• Please allow approximately 3 to 5 weeks to receive your order.  Please allow 8 to 10 weeks for nonstock items and special orders.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• All cancellations must be made within 1 week ( 7 days ) of the order date.
• If a cancellation request is made after the first 7 days and the order has been shipped, then the Return Policy will take effect.

  RETURN POLICY

• All gown sales are final unless there is a defect in the product. 
• Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of your receiving the product to receive a refund (less original and return shipping charges). Sorry, No Exceptions.
• If you find a defect with any item, it must be returned within 7 days of receipt. The shipping charges you incur for US Priority Mail or UPS ground will be reimbursed.
• Should you return an item for any other reason, a 15% restocking fee will apply.
• All returns must be in their original condition. A credit will not be issued otherwise.
• Once we have received the returned merchandise, a refund will be issued within 48 hours.
